Please read the Affiliate Agreement below and click "Agree" to continue.

1. We are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship.

2. Our Affiliate Program pays you when a sale results from a visitor who is sent by a Link on the Affiliate's web site.

3. Howies Hockey Tape will pay the Affiliate 10 percent of the sale amount (not including any taxes or shipping).

4. If the purchaser cancels an order or later returns a product, payment made to the Affiliate for that purchase shall be rescinded.

5. Payments will be made via check in US funds at the end of any month that your accumulated commission total matches or exceeds $100.00. Howies Hockey Tape agrees to issue a 1099 to United States Affiliates only if their calendar year payments exceed the maximum pay out allowed without a 1099 under Federal tax. Affiliates who exceed this level must provide Howies Hockey Tape with a completed W-9 Federal Tax form.

6. Howies Hockey Tape reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Agreement at any time. In such case Howies Hockey Tape will notify Affiliates of such changes either via e-mail at which time you may either agree to such changes or withdraw from the Affiliate Program. Howies Hockey Tape reserves the right to deem any site inappropriate and terminate the site as an affiliate.

7. Howies Hockey Tape does not warrant that the operation of Howies Hockey Tape Web site and ordering system or affiliate tracking system will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event will Howies Hockey Tape be liable to the affiliate or any third party for any third party for damages.

8. Howies Hockey Tape grants a non-exclusive, limited, revocable right to the Affiliate to use Howies Hockey Tape trademarks and banners. All images, programs, HTML code, and content provided by Howies Hockey Tape shall remain the sole property of Howies Hockey Tape, and no part shall be deemed assigned or licensed to the Affiliate except as explicitly provided for in this document. The Affiliate may not modify the trademarks, banners, the content, or any of Howies Hockey Tape provided images in any way.
