Currently developing at Boston College, Hagens built his résumé with the USA Hockey National Team Development Program, then exploded onto the international stage at the IIHF U18 World Championship, recording 22 points in seven games and breaking a 13-year-old record previously held by Nikita Kucherov. He later helped Team USA capture gold at the World Juniors with nine points in seven games while centering the top line, and in 2025 he was selected seventh overall by the Boston Bruins in the NHL Draft. His hockey IQ, lightning-quick hands, and relentless work ethic make him a force to be reckoned with on the ice—and an inspiration to players everywhere.
