ARBITRATION NOTICE: By participating in the Promotion and agreeing to these Official Rules, you will waive or give up certain legal rights and agree to certain limitations of liability and exclusions of damages. These Official Rules have a dispute resolution provision (Section 10 below) that requires you to use arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes, rather than jury trials or class actions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, do not participate in the Promotion.

2. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of, and physically located within:
- The fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island or wherever restricted or prohibited by law; and
- Canada, excluding residents of Quebec or wherever restricted or prohibited by law
who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or age of majority in their state/province of residence) at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.
PROMOTION IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, PROVINCIAL, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION, CONSTITUTES YOUR UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE AND AGREEMENT TO COMPLY WITH AND ABIDE BY THESE “OFFICIAL RULES” AND SPONSOR’S DECISIONS, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION AND NOT SUBJECT TO FURTHER APPEAL. WINNING A GRAND PRIZE IS CONTINGENT UPON FULFILLING ALL REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH HEREIN.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins July 1st, 2026, and ends March 30th, 2027, but is only available while Participating Product (defined below) supplies last (the “Promotion Period”).
All winning Game Pieces (defined below) must be claimed between 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 1st, 2026, and 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 30th, 2027 (the “Redemption Period”). After such time, all winning Game Pieces will be void. Sponsor’s computer and production records are the official time-keeping devices for the Promotion.
4. HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY to participate in or win this Promotion. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
You may participate during the Promotion Period by any of the two (2) methods set forth below:
A. Instant Win Method (With Purchase)
During the Promotion Period, purchase an eligible Howies Hockey TJ Twig Mini Stick from a retail store or online (the “Participating Product”), while supplies last. Each Participating Product represents one (1) game play in the Promotion. Approximately twenty (20) specially designated Gold Mini Sticks will be randomly placed into production with each representing a winning instant-win game piece (each a “Game Piece”), featuring a unique Grand Prize redemption code indicating you are a potential winner of a Grand Prize. If your Participating Product is not a Game Piece, you are not a winner. If you receive a designated winning Gold Mini Stick during the Promotion Period, follow the Grand Prize claim instructions provided with the stick. Subject to validation and verification of eligibility, each verified Gold Mini Stick will receive one (1) Grand Prize. Possession of a Participating Product does not automatically confer a Grand Prize. All potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor before any Grand Prize is awarded. RETAIN YOUR GAME PIECE UNTIL YOUR ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND YOUR GRAND PRIZE FULFILLED. ONLY ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE MAY BE CLAIMED PER PERSON UNDER THIS METHOD.
B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) – No Purchase Necessary
To participate without making a purchase (“AMOE Entry”), hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and team name (optional) on a plain 3” x 5” card and mail it in a standard, properly stamped envelope to:

AMOE Entries must be postmarked by no later than March 25th, 2027 and received by March 30th, 2027 to be eligible.
Each AMOE Entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, automated, or bulk entries are void and will not be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or postage-due AMOE Entries. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
LIMIT ONE (1) AMOE ENTRY PER PERSON.
After the Promotion Period, Sponsor will conduct one (1) random drawing from all eligible AMOE entries received to award one (1) Grand Prize, applying a computerized simulation replicating the approximate probability of receiving a Golden Mini Stick through the purchase of Participating Product (see below).
5. PRIZES
Twenty-one (21) Grand Prizes are available in this Promotion. All Grand Prizes are part of a single promotion and will be awarded during the Promotion Period as described below.
Each Grand Prize consists of 50 Custom Tour Lids with an approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $2,000 USD.
Total ARV of all prizes: $42,000 USD.
Twenty (20) Grand Prizes will be awarded via Gold Mini Hockey Stick winning redemption codes.
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded via random drawing from eligible AMOE entries.
Limit one (1) Grand Prize per person, regardless of entry method.
Grand Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a Grand Prize, or any portion of a Grand Prize, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize with another item of equal value. Grand Prizes shall be awarded as-is with no warranties of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Grand Prize winners are responsible for any loss of a Grand Prize or portion of a Grand Prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Grand Prize. Grand Prize winners, whether in the United States or Canada, will be solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Grand Prizes they receive. US winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of their Grand Prize. If the actual purchase price of a Grand Prize is less than any ARV stated herein, a Grand Prize winner will NOT be entitled to a check, cash, or any other form of payment for the price difference.
6. ODDS
Odds of receiving a winning Gold Mini Stick depend on the number of Participating Products distributed in commerce. Odds of receiving a winning Gold Mini Stick are approximately 1:2,267.
Each eligible AMOE entry will be subjected to a computerized random determination applying a probability designed to replicate the same approximate odds of receiving a Golden Mini Stick via purchase of Participating Product.
7. WINNER VERIFICATION
All potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor.
Canadian residents must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question prior to being declared a winner.
Potential winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and, where lawful, publicity release.
Failure to comply within the stated timeframe may result in forfeiture.
8. LIMITATIONS
Sponsor, along with any of Sponsor’s corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, proprietors, partners, shareholders, servants, principals, agents, predecessors, assigns, contractors, consultants, accountants, and attorneys (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will not be responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen or misdirected entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. By entering the Promotion, you agree that none of the Released Parties has made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, statutory, express, or implied (including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, title, and fitness for a particular purpose), in fact or in law, relative to the Promotion or these Official Rules
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS; LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Promotion and/or accepting any Grand Prize you may win, you agree that: (a) you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to grant the rights to Sponsor as expressed herein; (b) your entry becomes solely the Sponsor’s property and will not be acknowledged or returned; (c) you release and hold harmless Sponsor from any and all liability for claims, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind—including without limitation, death and bodily injury—resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any Grand Prize; participation in the Promotion or any Promotion-related activity or travel or from any interaction with, or downloading of, computer or digital Promotion information; (d) the Released Parties do not make any representation, warranty, or guarantee, express or implied, relating to the Promotion or Grand Prize; (e) in the event viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, Acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supra-national authority, war, national emergency, accident, fire, riot, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism, or other matters beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, corrupt, prevent, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Promotion or a Grand Prize (or any portion thereof), so that it cannot be conducted as originally planned, except where prohibited by law, Sponsor has the right, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules or to cancel, modify, terminate, or suspend the Promotion or awarding of a Grand Prize; and in such event, to select winners by such method as Sponsor, in its sole discretion, shall consider equitable; (f) the Released Parties are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the o er or administration of the Promotion, including but not limited to: errors in the advertising, Official Rules, selection, and announcement of the winner(s) and distribution of a Grand Prize; (g) any portion of a Grand Prize not accepted or used by any winner will be forfeited; (h) the Released Parties are not responsible for any inability of any winner to accept or use a Grand Prize (or any portion thereof) for any reason; (i) Sponsor has the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it suspects to be doing any of the following: (1) tampering or attempting to tamper with Grand Prize redemption or Promotion entry process or the operation of the Promotion or any related website; (2) violating these Official Rules; (3) violating Sponsor’s Terms of Service (https://howieshockeytape.com/pages/terms-of-service), Privacy Policy (https://howieshockeytape.com/policies/privacy-policy), or any other terms, conditions of use, and/or general rules or guidelines of any Promotion property or service; (4) acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or (5) for any other good cause as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion; (i) since any attempt by any individual to damage any website related to this Promotion or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of these Official Rules, as well as potential criminal and civil laws, and should Sponsor believe or become aware that such an attempt has been, is being, or will be made, Sponsor has the right to seek remedies and damages from any responsible individuals to the fullest extent permitted by law, including without limitation, criminal charges.
10. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT; DISPUTE RESOLUTION
CONSISTENT WITH SPONSOR’S TERMS OF SERVICE, BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE THAT ANY LEGAL CLAIM, DISPUTE, OR OTHER CONTROVERSY BETWEEN YOU AND SPONSOR OR ANY OTHER RELEASED PARTY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE PROMOTION (COLLECTIVELY “DISPUTES”)—INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CONTROVERSIES RELATING TO THE APPLICABILITY, ENFORCEABILITY, OR VALIDITY OF ANY PROVISION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES—MUST BE RESOLVED IN BINDING ARBITRATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (“AAA”) THEN IN EFFECT. Except as otherwise provided herein, the arbitrator shall apply the substantive laws of the Federal Judicial Circuit in which Howies Hockey Tape’s principle place of business is located, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Within ten (10) calendar days after the arbitration demand is served upon a party, the parties must jointly select an arbitrator with at least five years’ experience in that capacity and who has knowledge of and experience with the subject matter of the dispute. If the parties do not agree on an arbitrator within ten (10) calendar days, a party may petition the AAA to appoint an arbitrator, who must satisfy the same experience requirement. In the event of a dispute, the arbitrator shall decide the enforceability and interpretation of this arbitration agreement in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”). The parties also agree that the AAA’s rules governing Emergency Measures of Protection shall apply in lieu of seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, and no party shall have rights of appeal except for those provided in section 10 of the FAA. Each party shall bear its share of the fees paid for the arbitrator and the administration of the arbitration; however, the arbitrator shall have the power to order one party to pay all or any portion of such fees as part of a well-reasoned decision. The parties agree that the arbitrator shall have the authority to award attorneys’ fees only to the extent expressly authorized by statute or contract. The arbitrator shall have no authority to award punitive damages and each party hereby waives any right to seek or recover punitive damages with respect to any dispute resolved by arbitration. The parties agree to arbitrate solely on an individual basis, and this agreement does not permit class arbitration or any claims brought as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative arbitration proceeding. Except as may be required by law, neither a party nor the arbitrator may disclose the existence, content, or results of any arbitration without the prior written consent of both parties, unless to protect or pursue a legal right. If any term or provision of this Section is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Section or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. If for any reason a dispute proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, the parties hereby waive any right to a jury trial.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AND SPONSOR HEREBY WAIVE ANY CONSTITUTIONAL AND STATUTORY RIGHTS TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE A TRIAL IN FRONT OF A JUDGE OR A JURY.
11. CHOICE OF LAW
By participating in the Promotion, you agree that all Disputes shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws by the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. VIOLATIONS OF OFFICIAL RULES OR LAW
Any entrant who attempts to violate or who is deemed to have, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, violated these Official Rules will be automatically disqualified from the Promotion. Entrants who tamper with Sponsor’s computer or network systems, or other systems, in an attempt to disrupt the Promotion, or violate any law governing this Promotion, will be reported to relevant authorities, and immediately disqualified.
13. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, and regardless of whether an separate Publicity Release is entered, any winner’s acceptance of a Grand Prize awarded hereunder will constitute an express, worldwide, irrevocable, and unconditional grant to Sponsor by the winner of a license and the right to use winner’s name, image, address, voice, likeness, photograph, biographical and Grand Prize information and/or statements about the Promotion for any programming, publicity, advertising, or promotional purposes, through any medium whatsoever, whether now known or hereinafter invented, without additional compensation or consideration. Such use by Sponsor will not give rise to any claims of infringement, invasion of privacy, defamation, or claims for performance or payment of any kind, including but not limited to payment of re-use fees, residuals, or license fees.
14. COPYRIGHTS & TRADEMARKS
Any marks associated with this Promotion are the sole property of Sponsor. Third party marks are property of their respective owners. All Promotion materials, including these Official Rules, are copyrighted works owned by Sponsor.
15. PRIVACY POLICY & DATA COLLECTION
Please see the privacy policy located at https://howieshockeytape.com/policies/privacypolicy for details of Sponsor’s policy regarding the use of personal information collected in connection with this Promotion. Should you be selected as a winner of a Grand Prize, your information may also be included in a publicly posted list of Grand Prize winners.
