We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, returns are quick and easy!
Easy Return Process:
- Email us at howie@howieshockeytape.com to begin your return.
- We’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label—no shipping costs for you!
- Send your items back using the label provided, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your payment will be refunded to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card with the balance of your refund will be issued to you.
Our Return Policy:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase from our website. If your purchase was made outside of this window, please contact us and we will further evaluate how we can help.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.

- We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label—you won’t pay for return shipping!
- Once we receive your items in their original condition, we’ll send out your exchange as soon as possible.
